SDTC Principles
SDTC principles are based on acupuncture and sleeping.

Our human body has 14 meridians and on these meridians there are 360 points. These points are the windows to exchange life force (energy) between our body and the universe.

In order to have a sound sleep the body must be relaxed, the mind must be cleared, and the breathing must be proper.

During a sound sleep the body is connected to the universe through the 14 meridians, the acupuncture points are open and the life force from the universe will be absorbed into our body. This explains why our body gets so refreshed and has full energy when we wake up the next morning.

Doing SDTC requires the body not only to meet all the requirements for a sound sleep mentioned above, but also to maintain the body coordination in all movements. The body therefore not only gets all the benefits of a sound sleep through SDTC, but also the following benefit: After an SDTC session we are free from ache and pain whereas we may get some aches here and there in our body after a sleep.

From this discussion, we can say that SDTC is an active sleep and the natural sleep is a passive one.

It is also because SDTC works a wonder to our body through acupuncture points, we can say that an SDTC performance is an acupuncture treatment where the acupuncturist is the universe.

We can also say that SDTC is a meal where the foods are the life force from the universe.
